GVR rocks is responsible for processing your personal data when you contact us through the contact form on mail. For this site, GVR rocks uses only technical and functional cookies. The website and backups of this website are hosted at TransIP BV.
GVR rocks’ e-mail is hosted at Apple. If you contact us through the forms or by mail, the relevant mails are stored on Apple’s servers.
The website uses Google Analytics to interpret and analyze visits. This is done anonymously and cannot be traced back to the visitor.

How long we keep personal data
Your personal data will be kept by GVR rocks for a longer period of time, but never longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected, unless we are required by law to keep your data longer.

Sharing personal data with third parties
GVR rocks only provides third parties and only when necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by GVR rocks and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can make a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we may ask for a copy of your proof of identity with the request to send it along. (Note!) In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
